How to make
Peel the apples, remove the seeds and cut them into small cubes. Put them in a pot on the stove and add half of the sugar. Stew them, until they soften. Cool them and add the walnuts and cinnamon.
Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 4 strips. Distribute the stuffing and roll it up. Cut it into small rolls. Spread each roll with a beaten egg white and dip them in sugar.
Arrange the rolls onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake them, until they aquire a golden color.
