"If we have to describe how delicious they are in just one word, we choose mmmmmmm"

Ingredients

  • puff pastry - 2 sheets
  • cream cheese - 175 g at room temperature (1 box Philadelphia)
  • homemade raspberry jam - 1/2 jar (200 - 300 g)
  • powdered sugar - 2 tbsp.
  • powdered sugar (for sprinkling)
measures

How to make

The defrosted puff pastry is opened and it is slightly rolled out.

Strain the cream cheese, if there is any liquid in it and mix it with the powdered sugar.

Cut circles from the dough with a ravioli maker. On half of the circles, add the cream cheese with a piping bag or a teaspoon and add 1/2 tsp. of raspberry jam on top.

Cover it with another circle of dough. Again, with the ravioli maker, press down the sides of the dough, so that both sides stick to each other.

Bake at 390°F (200°C) for about 15 to 20 minutes.

Optionally, the puff pastries can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.

The puff pastry balls with filling of cream cheese and raspberry jam are very tasty!

Note: The remaining scraps can be gathered and rolled out again, although it is not correct, but if it's done at home, it's fine.
