How to make
Clean the buckwheat, if there is any debris in it. Wash it under running water and strain it. Boil it 1 1/5 cups (300 ml) of water and immediately pour into the pot, in which you poured the buckwheat.
Cover the pot and leave it to boil for about 20 minutes on low heat. Once all the liquid has been absorbed, remove it from the heat and stir with the butter. Add as much salt as you like and serve it.
Instead of boiling the buckwheat, you can pour the boiling water over it, cover it, wrap it in a towel and leave it overnight.
The next morning the porridge is good for breakfast. If you want, you can puree it with the butter and as much salt as you like.
The buckwheat porridge is ready.
