How to make
Bake the buckwheat in a non greased pan for half a minute, while stirring at all times.
Put it in salted boiling water and boil it until it softens, while stirring constantly.
Place the cooked buckwheat in a baking pan, smooth it out and leave it in the refrigerator to cool.
After 1 hour, take it out and cut it into croquettes. They are fried in hot fat and served with finely chopped fried onions.
