How to make
Prepare the sugar syrup with the ingredients for it.
Pour the oil and semolina into another cookware.
Keep stirring the mixture with a wooden spoon, until it turns golden.
Take it off the heat.
Pour the syrup in portions and mix well.
Place the cookware back onto the heat and leave the mixture to thicken.
Garb a cake tin and sprinkle it with the walnuts.
Pour the semolina on top and smooth it out well with a spoon.
Leave the semolina halva to cool.
Then turn it over onto a tray and serve it sliced.
The semolina halva with walnuts is very tasty.
