Ingredients

  • eggs - 3
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • yoghurt - 1 cup
  • baking powder - 1 packet
  • oil - 1/3 cup
  • vanilla - 1 packet
  • flour - 2 cups (500 g)
  • walnuts
  • fruits - dried

How to make

Beat the eggs and sugar well. Add the yoghurt and then the oil and vanilla. Finally add the flour mixed with the baking powder, while stirring constantly.

Mix the blend with the desired amount of walnuts and dried fruits. Pour it into a suitable greased and floured form and bake the homemade cake at 300°F (150 °C) until golden brown.
