How to make
Melt the butter in a deep pot.
As soon as it heats up, add the flour, by stirring vigorously. Then add the milk, by stirring with a wire whisk, so that the flour does not become lumpy.
As soon as the porridge thickens, add the crumbled white cheese and the beaten eggs.
Stir the porridge, until it's ready.
Serve our favorite white cheese porridge sprinkled with paprika.
