Ingredients

  • peaches - 6.6 lb (3 kg)
  • sugar - 3 lb (1.5 kg) of sugar
  • gelfix dr. oetker for jam - 1 package

How to make

Wash and cut the peaches and remove the pits.

If you have a tomato press, which removes the seeds, run the peaches through it.

Leave the mixture in the refrigerator, by pouring only 1 kg of sugar and after two hours you try it - if necessary, add more sugar. Boil for about 1-1.5 hours.

Finally, add the packet of jam to boil for another 5 minutes.

Distribute the boiling peach jam into jars and turn the lids upside down, but without boiling them!

The homemade peach jam is ready.
