How to make
Choose well-ripened peaches. Wash, peel and dice them. Sprinkle them with sugar and leave them overnight to release their juices.
Boil them over medium heat, until it starts to thicken.
Toward the end, stir periodically to prevent it from burning. Finally, add the citric acid and geranium. After 5 minutes, remove it from heat.
Fill the peach jam while it's hot into dried jars. Turn them upside down and leave them to cool.
To be safe, you can boil them for 5 minutes.
The peach jam with citric acid is ready.
