How to make
Cut the peppers into juliennes. Roll them in flour and fry them. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk. Add the cottage cheese, yellow cheese and spices according to your taste.
In a greased baking pan, arrange the peppers in a fan shape. Pour the mixture over them. Cut the tomatoes into crescents. Arrange them on top of the stuffing.
Bake the casserole at 390°F (200°C) for about 35 minutes or until it's fully cooked.
Leave it to cool slightly and serve the casserole.
The pepper, cottage cheese and tomato casserole is very tasty.
