  • nectarines - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • sugar - 2.2 lb (1 kg) for 10 jars of compote
  • water

How to make

After washing the nectarines, remove the seed and cut them into pieces.

Fill the prepared jars, optionally you can add a small cinnamon stick and 4-5 tbsp. of sugar in each jar. Another option is to add a sprig of geranium.

Fill the jars with water up to the base of the neck, close them and leave them to boil for 15 minutes, after the water has boiled.

The water in the pot should cover the jars.

Your nectarine compote is ready!
