Ingredients

  • figs - 12 oz (350 g)
  • sugar - 5 tbsp. per jar
  • geranium - optional

How to make

Wash the figs well and clean them from the stems.

Also wash the jars and put 5 tablespoons of sugar in each one and if you like you can add geranium.

Close them with lids and place them in a container filled with water.

Place the pot on the stove and boil for 10 minutes per lid.

Take out the jars of compote and turn them with the lids upside down until the fig compote has completely cooled.
