How to make
Dissolve the gelatin according to package directions until swollen. Pour the juice of both compotes into a pot and add the swollen gelatin. Stir until melted, but not boiling.
Pour the liquid into a cake form and drop the fruit in evenly. Leave it to cool and carefully arrange round biscuits on top that must not sink.
Leave the compote in a refrigerator for several hours to gel. Then briefly dip the cake form in hot water and invert onto a platter.
