Ingredients

  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • sugar - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • flour - 9.2 oz (260 g)
  • cocoa - 1 tbsp.
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp.
  • pumpkin - 9 oz (250 g)
  • baking powder - 1 tbsp (10 g)
  • white glaze - dr. Oetker 3.5 oz (100 g)

How to make

Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the oil to them in a thin stream. Then add the sifted flour, cinnamon, cocoa and baking powder.

Finally, add the grated pumpkin and mix gently. Place baking paper in the oblong mold.

Pour the mixture into it and sprinkle it with chocolate sprinkles. Bake at 360°F (180°C) for 40 minutes. Remove it from oven and leave it to cool.

Prepare the glaze as the instructions on the package say. Divide it into two parts, by coloring one in orange.

Using a piping bag, decorate the pumpkin cake.
