How to make

A keto recipe that tastes like Roll Stephanie, but is made like savory muffins.

The minced meat for the muffins is mixed with the listed products.

Cut the carrots and peppers into small strips and fry them briefly. I fried mine in the fryer. But they can be baked in the oven. Put them in a tray covered with paper and bake them at 370°F (190°C) for 10 minutes. They can also be cooked in a grill pan.

You will also need small bowls like for crème caramel. You can use any - porcelain, glass, aluminum. Mine are 2x3″ (5x8 cm) in size. I made 8.

Preparation:

Grease the bowls with butter.

Use the minced meat to make something like baskets in the bowls. Arrange the pickles, carrots and peppers first. Cover them with half an egg. Press the egg down slightly. Add more minced meat on top and close them, by making sure that there is a tip on top - they look like savory muffins.

Arrange the bowls in a baking pan.

Bake at 370°F (190°C) for 40 minutes. My oven is gas. You can figure out how long it will take for your type of oven.
