  • For the mince
  • mince - 26.5 oz (750 g)
  • onions - 1 large head
  • black pepper
  • parsley
  • savory
  • salt
  • stuffing
  • eggs - 4
  • carrots - 2
  • peas - 5 - 6 tbsp
  • pickles - 2 - 3 gherkins

How to make

Put the mince in a bowl, add the cleaned, washed and finely chopped onions, add the spices and knead well with your hands.

Boil the eggs.

Put the carrots in boiling water to boil for about 3-4 min. Then clean and chop them finely, add the peas and finely chopped gherkins. Stir well.

Since I'm not very good at working with foil I make the roll directly in the tray in which I'll be baking. Smear it with oil, place 1/2 the mince in the middle of the tray.

Arrange the eggs in a row on top, across the middle. Arrange the filling with the peas, carrots and gherkins along the sides. Once that's done, place the remaining mince on top, make sure it's covered well.

Optionally you can add a few potatoes along the sides, they end up really good.
