The dry ingredients are mixed in a deep dish. Add the corn flour and breadcrumbs.
Add black pepper, paprika and salt. Add curry and garlic powder. All of the ingredients are mixed.
Each of the cleaned crucian carp pieces is rolled in the breading with spices.
The breaded fish is arranged on a board ready to be fried.
Put a good amount oil in a pan to heat it up.
The carassius pieces are fried on both sides, until they're done.
Mmm...the aroma of freshly breaded carassius with spices is carried throughout the house.
It can be garnished with a potato salad or a lighter salad if of your choice.
