Ingredients

  • iceberg salad
  • corn - 1 tin (about 100 g)
  • onion - 1/2 onion
  • olives (with anchovies)
  • arpa noodles - 130 g
  • tuna - canned tuna in olive oil or oil (about 120 g)
  • salt
  • olive oil (oil)
  • vinegar (balsamic / optional)

How to make

Boil the arpa noodles according to the instructions on the package. Strain from the water and mix with the canned tuna while it is still warm.

Stir well, so that the arpa noodles can absorb the fat and not stick together.

In a bowl, cut the salad as a base. Put the arpa noodles in the center. Cut the onion into crescents and sprinkle the pieces over the corn.

Arrange the olives.

Sprinkle the fish salad with salt, oil/olive oil and if desired, add a few drops of balsamic vinegar.

The Arpa Noodles Salad is ready.

Note: If you don't want vinegar, there is another option, which is also very tasty. Mix all of the products without the fat and mix with a few spoons of mayonnaise.
