Ingredients

  • corn flour - 6.2 oz (175 g) fine
  • white flour - 6.2 oz (175 g)
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • sugar - 4.6 oz (130 g)
  • white wine - 10 tbsp.
  • oil - 10 tbsp.
  • fresh blueberries - 4.2 oz (120 g)
  • baking powder - 1 tbsp (10 g)
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp.
  • salt - a pinch

How to make

Crack the egg into a large bowl, add the sugar and beat with a mixer for 10 minutes.

Pour the oil and white wine. In another bowl, mix the two types of flour with the baking powder, cinnamon and a pinch of salt.

In portions, pour the dry mixture into the liquid, by stirring with a spoon. Add the washed and dried blueberries.

Homogenize carefully. Fill 2/3 of paper muffin cup with the prepared mixture. 12 muffins are obtained.

Bake the muffins at 360°F (180°C) in a preheated oven with a fan for about 25-30 minutes.

Cool the baked muffins on a wire rack. Sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
