How to make
Pour the sunflower oil and milk into the blender.
Add 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice, half a teaspoon of salt and 2-3 marinated capers. If you like mustard, add 1 tsp.
Blend with a blender, until a smooth mixture is obtained. Pour out the excess oil from the canned tuna.
Transfer the fish into the mayonnaise sauce and blend again, until a smooth mixture is obtained. Toast slices of bread on a grill pan. Serve the appetizing bruschetta with the mayonnaise sauce!
