How to make

In both recipes for homemade cracker sticks, the technology is the same.

Put the products in a bowl and knead the dough. After kneading for about 7-8 minutes, form it into a ball, cover it with a clean towel and leave the dough rest for 1 hour.

It doesn't need to have fully risen, it just needs to have relaxed well.

Line a tray with baking paper, sprinkle with caraway.

Tear walnut-sized pieces from the dough.

With your hands, roll them into long cylinders and arrange them in the tray.

Brush the cracker sticks with water and sprinkle them with caraway. Leave them for 10 minutes, then bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until they have nicely browned.

If you want the caraway crackers to remain crunchy after they have cooled well, put them in a tightly resealable glass jar.

Enjoy!
