  • flour - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • crystal sugar - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • salt - a pinch
  • baking powder - 2/3 tsp (3 g)
  • vanilla - 1 powder (0.02 g) or essence
  • liquid chocolate - 1 jar

How to make

Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks with the sugar, until a thick cream is obtained.

Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites and beat well.

Sift the flour with the baking powder and vanilla. Add it in portions to the beaten egg yolks and then carefully add the beaten egg whites.

Line the oven tray with a piece of baking paper.

Pour the prepared mixture and bake the cake layer for 8 minutes at 390°F (200°C) in a preheated oven.

Remove the baked cake layer and turn it over onto a towel.

Remove the paper and roll up the cake layer. Leave it to cool, then unroll it and spread it with chocolate spread.

Roll it up again. Cut two pieces from it at an angle.

Attach them to the side of the larger piece of sweet roll and spread them with melted chocolate.
