How to make
Slice the chicken. Choose the thighs and wings.
Roll them in flour and fry them briefly in heated fat.
Pour them with the juice of 1 lemon. Season with salt, a pinch of sugar, grated lemon peel, black peppercorns and a pinch of ground black pepper.
Pour the vegetable broth and cook the lemon chicken, until the meat becomes tender and the sauce has thickened.
Just before removing the pot from the heat, add fresh sage leaves.
Serve the dish garnished with bloomed sage flowers and a salad of your choice!
You can serve the Lemon and Sage Chicken over mashed potatoes!
