How to make
Clean the pork and spike it with garlic, salt well and sprinkle with black pepper. Rub it well with the other spices, also gently greasing it. Put it in a container with a lid to sit in the refrigerator for 1 day.
Then, move it to a greased tray, add a cup of wine and put it to bake under foil for about 1 hour at 390°F (200 °C). Then pour the sauce from the tray over it. Add the cleaned and coarsely cut carrot and potatoes. You can add onions if desired.
Cover with foil again and put it to bake for 1 hour. Finally, remove the foil and pour sauce over it again. Bake for another 10-ish minutes so it catches a crust on the top.
Serve the pork neck with potatoes, sliced and garnished with vegetables.
