How to make
Break the biscuits into larger pieces and put them in a bowl. The hazelnuts are added to them, if you have chosen them as nuts.
This delicious biscuit cake can also be made with mixed nuts.
Pour the water into a pot, add the sugar, butter and cocoa. Leave it to boil. Cool the finished mixture and pour it over the biscuits. Stir.
Grab a baking tin (7″ - 18 cm) lined with baking paper. Pour the mixture into it and level it out. Refrigerate for an hour or two.
Break the chocolate, put it in a pot on the stove and pour the cream inside. Mix, until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Remove the biscuit cake from the refrigerator and pour the chocolate topping over it. Level it out and refrigerate it again to set.
Then decorate the spectacular biscuit cake for guests as desired.
