How to make
Put the soda in the slightly warmed yogurt and wait for it to activate. Pour it into a bowl.
Add the egg beaten with a fork, the sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Start adding the rice flour, until a thick paste is obtained.
Heat about 2/3 cup (150 ml) of sunflower oil in a deep pan.
Scoop a teaspoon of the dough for the buhti and drop it into the heated oil.
The gluten-free buhti turn on their own. Fry them, until they aquire an appetizing color.
Remove them with a slotted spoon onto kitchen paper.
Put the strained gluten-free buhti in a suitable plate, sprinkle them with powdered sugar and serve them!
These rice flour buhti are very quick to prepare!
