How to make
Stir the softened at room temperature butter and add the egg, beaten into the milk, and salt, to it.
Sift the flour, mix it with the baking soda and while stirring, add it to the mixture. You're going to get a soft dough, knead it gently.
Tear small pieces from it and arrange them in an oiled oven dish.
Turn the oven up to 320°F (160 °C) and bake the crackers until reddened.
