"A fresh but nutritious green salad with burrata is a perfect start to any dinner"

Ingredients

  • burrata - 9 oz (250 g)
  • iceberg - 1 pc. (with a green salad)
  • radicchio - 3 - 4 leaves (red lettuce)
  • arugula - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • sesame seeds - 1 tbsp.
  • lemon juice
  • olive oil
  • salt

How to make

Wash the iceberg and radicchio leaves. Chop them into large pieces.

Wash the arugula and dry it. Arrange a mixture of green and red salad on a large plate.

Add the arugula. In the middle of the plate, put the ball of burrata and cut it slightly crosswise. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Drizzle olive oil over the green salad.

Season with salt and lemon juice.

Serve the green salad with burrata as an appetizer.
