"This time the toast will be with an orange gin and tonic - raise one for us too"

  • orange - 1/2 pc.

measures

How to make

Prepare the aromatic drink with the Tanqueray brand gin - oranges from Sevia. If you cannot buy such, use plain gin and add fine orange peels into it, dissolve the sugar, close hermetically and keep it like this overnight to flavor it.

Squeeze 4 tablespoons of orange juice and finely peel the peels.

Pour the ice into bubble glasses - it is best, that it occupies half the volume of the glass. Use large lumps, because small and hollow ones are not suitable for this type of drink - they melt quickly, dilute the drink and it becomes foul.

Pour the alcohol - 40 ml per portion, in which you previously dissolved the brown sugar and add two spoonfuls of juice per cup.

Take a metal spoon with a long handle, put it in the glass and tilt it as much as possible to the edge. This way, on the slope of the spoon, slowly pour the tonic, by lifting it up slightly.

Finally, throw in an orange peel or two for extra flavor.

If desired, add 2 cardamom pods to each cup.

Consume in moderation and Cheers!
