How to make
Wash the rabbit meat well and rub it with black pepper, thyme, a little salt, half the olive oil and lemon juice. Refrigerate it for 2-3 hours or overnight if you have the time.
Cut the new potatoes in half if they are very small, or into quarters, if they are larger. Do not peel them, just wash them well. Season them with one sprig of rosemary, torn into leaves, paprika, black pepper, salt and the other half of the olive oil. Place them in the baking bag.
Coarsely chop the fresh garlic and add it to the potatoes along with the tomatoes and peeled onions. Crumble the broth cube on top and arrange the pieces of rabbit meat. Pour the white wine and the water and close the bag tightly using the special tightening band, that is for this purpose and comes with the baking bag when you buy it. Make 5-6 holes in the top with a toothpick.
Put it in a baking pan and bake at 360°F (180°C) - 50 minutes. You can increase the last minutes to 390°F (200°C), so that the meat can aquire an appetizing color.
Once you have removed it from the oven, leave the food in the baking for another 10-15 minutes, then serve it.
An ideal lunch or dinner, that does not require a lot of work and preparations and does not make the kitchen too dirty.
Quick, easy and very tasty!
