How to make
Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the pork loins on both sides for 3-4 minutes per side. Remove the meat and season with a pinch of black pepper and salt.
Strain the fat you fried it in and pour it into a clean pan. Fry the flour briefly.
Dilute with one cup of warm water and leave it to simmer, until the sauce thickens.
Pour the white wine (optional) and place the pork loin back into the sauce. In a small pot, put the mushrooms with a lump of butter and stew them for 5-6 minutes.
Add them to the sauce with the pork loin. Serve the steaks with mashed potatoes.
Enjoy! The pork loin with mushroom sauce is ready.
Note: You can bake the pork loins and season with salt, olive oil and black pepper after baking!
