How to make
Wash and cut the pork tenderloin into 2-3″ (5-6 cm) thick pieces. Season with salt and black pepper.
Seal it on both sides and set it aside.
Fry the onion, which you cut into small pieces, in the same fat.
Peel and slice the mushrooms. Add them to the onion. Wait for them to fry well and return the meat.
Add white wine and wait for the alcohol to evaporate. Add the cream and a cup of water. Add salt and stir.
