How to make
Peel the melon and peach and cut them into pieces. Freeze the fruit for 2-3 hours.
Peel the grapes and lemon and remove the seeds from them. There should be no white peel left on the lemon.
Place the frozen fruit pieces in a high-powered blender (if they're stuck together, break them up, so they don't clog the blender).
Add the grapes, lemon and pour in the apple juice and milk.
If you want it to be sweeter, you can add a little powdered sugar.
Run it on high speed to blend everything into a fine ice nectar.
Make it more liquid with more apple juice if you like.
Serve the smoothie immediately.
