How to make
Boil the gnocchi in a pot of water. They are ready when they float to the surface. Remove, strain and set them aside.
In a pan with a little fat, fry the onion and garlic, which you have cut into small pieces.
Add the tomatoes, salt, sugar and rosemary.
Boil for 5-10 minutes and turn the heat off.
Add the gnocchi to the tomato sauce. Stir and transfer them into a baking tray.
Sprinkle with yellow cheese and bake briefly, until it has melted.
The oven-baked gnocchi with tomato sauce and rosemary are very tasty.
