Ingredients

  • flour - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • dry yeast - 0.25 oz (7 g)
  • olive oil - 5 tbsp.
  • water - 1 2/3 cups (400 ml)
  • sea salt (for sprinkling)
  • fresh rosemary
  • olives
  • garlic
  • cherry tomatoes

How to make

Sift the flour and make a well. Add the yeast, salt and 4 tbsp. of olive oil.

Pour lukewarm water and knead a soft dough. Cover the dough and leave it to rise and double in size.

Roll out the risen dough into a crust and place it in a tray lined with baking paper.

Drizzle it with olive oil and garnish it with pitted olives, garlic cloves, rosemary and tomato slices.

Sprinkle it with sea salt.

Bake the focaccia in a preheated oven, until it aquires a golden color.

The rosemary, olive and garlic focaccia is ready.
