How to make
Break the chocolate into a bowl over a water bath. Add the butter, sugar and coffee to it.
Stir continuously, until the chocolate melts and the mixture is homogenized.
Remove the saucepan from the heat to cool, by stirring it occasionally.
In another bowl, beat the cream with a mixer, until it is well beaten.
Add the cream in several portions to the already cooled chocolate mixture, by stirring with a spatula or wooden spoon.
Pour the finished mousse into dessert bowls or glasses and garnish it with some grated white chocolate, crushed nuts, or one chocolate truffle.
Put the chocolate mousse in the fridge for a few hours.
