Ingredients

  • rice - 9 oz (250 g)
  • red peppers - 2 pcs.
  • mushrooms - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • masala paste - 1 tbsp.
  • coconut milk - 13.5 fl oz (400 ml)
  • celery - 2 stalks
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • salt - by taste
  • black pepper - by taste

How to make

Boil the rice in salted water.

Put the chopped onion, chopped red pepper and chopped celery in the heated olive oil. Leave them to simmer for a few minutes.

Chop the mushrooms, add to the vegetables and leave them to simmer for a few minutes.

Mix the masala paste with one tablespoon of butter. Add the masala vegetable paste and stir. Add the coconut milk, black pepper and boil for about 10 minutes.

Pour the sauce over the rice.

The rice in masala paste is ready.
