  • sugar - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • confectionery cream - 4/5 cup (200 ml)

How to make

Beat the egg yolks along with the sugar with a mixer and pour the mixture into the boiled milk, by stirring constantly.

Boil in a water bath, until the mixture thickens, by stirring at all times.
