How to make
Peel the zucchini and finely grate them. Squeeze them with your hands, so that they can release as much of their juice as possible.
Add the eggs, salt, cream cheese, processed cheese, turmeric, oil and baking powder to the drained grated zucchini. Mix very well.
Grease 6 soufflé molds (if the molds are larger - 4 pcs.) on the inside with butter and fill them almost to the top with the mixture.
Heat the oven to 480°F (250°C) and bake the souffle for 25 minutes.
Serve the Easy Zucchini Soufflé immediately, as they are in the molds.
