How to make
If the turkey fillets are very thick, cut them in half and pound them lightly with a mallet.
Season them with soy sauce, the dry spices and leave them in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Beat the eggs in a bowl and pour the breadcrumbs into a dry plate.
Heat the fat in the pan, take the fillets out of the fridge, dip them in the egg first, then in the breadcrumbs and fry, until they aquire a golden color on both sides.
Put the cooked steaks onto kitchen paper to absorb the excess fat.
Serve them with sauce and a side dish of your choice.
The breaded turkey steaks are delicious!
