"Banana bread, banana cake, banana sponge cake - it doesnt matter what you call it - its always a HIT!"

Ingredients

  • bananas - 2 pcs.
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • oats - 1 cup
  • baking powder - 1 tbsp (10 g)
  • vanilla - 1 pc.
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp.
  • powdered sugar (for sprinkling)
  • walnuts - 2 oz (50 g)

How to make

The bananas are mashed. The oats are grinded in a blender into flour.

Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl, until a sticky dough is obtained.

Add the walnuts.

Line a rectangular bread mold with baking paper and grease it with oil.

The bread mixture is poured into it.

The banana bread is baked in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C), until it is fully baked.

My banana bread took about 40 minutes to bake.
