How to make
Pour half of the water into a pot and boil it.
Cut the pork shoulder into thin strips and add them into the pot. Add the oil and reduce the heat.
Boil for 20 minutes and add the finely chopped mushrooms for the recipe. Add a little of the remaining water.
Stew like this for another 20 minutes, add salt, add the remaining water and also the turmeric, black pepper and rosemary.
Continue to stew for another 20 minutes and pour the liquid cream over the stewed pork.
Stir and cook, until it has thickened - about 10-15 minutes.
Serve the keto pork with cream while it's warm.
