Ingredients

  • pork neck - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • onions - 5 medium - sized onions
  • parmesan - 7 oz (200 g)
  • cooking cream - 1 pc.
  • soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
  • oil
  • butter - 2 tbsp.
  • white wine - 1 cup
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Cut the meat into thin strips (juliennes) and the onion into crescents.

Season the meat with soy sauce, salt and black pepper.

In a greased with oil baking pan, put the meat, onion and wine all together, wrap them in foil and place the baking pan in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for 1 hour.

Then sprinkle the meat with Parmesan cheese and pour the cooking cream.

Place the pork with the cooking cream back into the oven and leave it in there, until the dish aquires a golden brown color.

If desired, you can sprinkle parsley over the pork with cream and parmesan.
