How to make
Soak the pork in half a glass of white wine, salt and pepper for half an hour. Then gently dry it and fry it in a little oil. Arrange the fried steaks in an appropriate tray.
In the same pan, fry the chopped onion, then the garlic and sliced mushrooms. Leave them to cook and when the vegetables soften, add a glass of white wine. Wait for it to boil, sprinkle it with salt, pepper, breadcrumbs and cream.
Once the sauce boils, remove from the heat and pour it over the steaks. Grate cheese on top and put to bake until browned.
