  • corn flour - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • white flour - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • fresh yeast - 1.4 oz (40 g)
  • lukewarm water - 12 fl oz (350 ml)
  • oil - 3 tbsp.
  • sugar - 1 tsp.
  • salt - 1 tsp.

How to make

The corn flour is mixed with the white flour. A well is formed.

Then beat the yeast with the water, until it activates. Add sugar and salt to it, until they dissolve.

This mixture is then poured into the well, which was made in the and begin to mix with a spoon.

Knead the dough. It is important, that it stops sticking to your fingers. That's how you know if it's ready.

Leave it to rise for about 20-30 minutes. Then the dough is kneaded again and left to rise again, but this time for 15 minutes.

Then it is placed in a greased tray, in which it will be baked.

Put it in the oven at 360°F (180°C) with a fan and bake the bread, until it's fully baked.
