  • peas - 1 jar
  • onion - 1 small onion
  • oil - 3 tbsp.
  • potatoes - 2 pcs.
  • milk - 1 cup
  • cooking cream - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • salt - by taste
  • black pepper

How to make

Easy Cream of Pea Soup.

Heat oil in a small pot and add the finely chopped onion to soften.

Add a jar of strained peas, peeled and diced potatoes and pour hot water to cover the products.

Season with salt and cook over moderate heat, until the peas and potatoes are fully cooked.

Remove the pot from the heat and puree into a cream soup.

Add the milk to the desired thickness and serve it with a little cooking cream.

A wonderful cream of pea soup for lunch!
