Ingredients

  • pork belly - approximately 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • field mushrooms - approximately 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • black pepper - 1 pinch
  • paprika - 1 tsp.
  • smoked paprika - 2 pinches
  • coriander - 1 pinch (ground)
  • salt - 2 pinches

How to make

You cut the pork belly into 0.4″ (1 cm) thick slices.

Make a mix of the spices and sprinkle the pork belly on both sides.

Clean the mushrooms and separate the stumps, but do not throw them away.

In a suitable baking pan, which has been greased with oil, put the mushrooms with the hole facing up and place a piece of butter in each one.

The mushroom stumps are also placed in the baking pan.

Arrange the pork belly on top of the mushrooms and drizzle them with oil.

Bake the pork at 390°F (200°C) under baking foil, for approximately 30 minutes.

Finish baking the pork belly without foil, until it aquires an appetizing color, by turning the meat from time to time.
