How to make
Remove the skin from the chicken meat, debone the meat, cut it into portioned pieces and boil it in about 7 cups of water in a pot, until the meat becomes tender.
In a deep frying pan, heat the oil and fry the finely chopped onion, the chopped celery stalks and stew them for 5 minutes under the lid.
Add the peeled and finely chopped carrots and stew for another 5 minutes.
Add finely chopped red pepper and frozen peas to the vegetables, mix everything well and close the lid again.
After about 10 minutes, add the paprika, black pepper, coriander seeds and allspice.
Pour the contents of the pan into the pot with the cooked chicken, add the peeled and diced tomatoes, cover the pot and leave the dish to simmer on a low heat for another 25 minutes.
When the boiled chicken is ready, add as much salt and black pepper as you like and sprinkle the dish with finely chopped parsley.
The boiled chicken with vegetables is ready.
