"There is nothing tastier than lamb meatballs, to which we have added a little spinach"

Ingredients

  • lamb mince - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • spinach - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • onion - 1 medium - sized head
  • eggs - 1 pc.

How to make

Wash and clean the spinach. Blanch it for a few minutes in boiling water. Strain and cover it with cold water to stop the cooking process. Finely chop the spinach.

Finely chop the onion as well. Mix the minced meat with the egg, onion and spinach. Season with salt.

Knead the minced meat with your hands and store it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

When it's ready, form the meatballs. Arrange them on a tray lined with baking paper.

Bake them for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C).

Serve them with garnish of choice.

The lamb meatballs with spinach are very tasty.
