How to make
The mutton is boiled in 2 cups of water. Add the leeks, which are cut into circles, the oil, salt and paprika.
When the leeks soften, add the tomatoes and rice.
Finally, add a cup of water, mix everything well and transfer them into a baking pan.
Bake in a moderately heated oven, until the rice swells well and the dish remains in fat.
The oven-baked rice is served sprinkled with freshly ground black pepper.
